Birds fly away to avoid the onset of winter, many wild animals, fall asleep in their lairs. For them, the end of the year brings not only a sharp decline, but also rest and promises that the spring season is just around the corner. So it should be for us - people - winter should bring time for peace, rest, rest and rest, in order to collect the natural resources of the body and restore its strength. But even when the golden sun and light is getting smaller, winter for many is a season when it's difficult for them to get distracted and rest.<img src="https://shop.healthyclopedia.com/image/catalog/d2aac6.jpg" style="float: none;">And now, the spring has not yet begun, but we already count the days until the new spring, and we are already making plans and laying new causes for our own fatigue. The time when winter rest comes, tells us: it's time to turn off to fill our windy life not with events, but with feelings and emotions. Start a new tradition, not focused on shopping or working with plans for the new year, but focus on free time to enjoy the comfort and communication of close people: with a brother, friend, parent or lover. And greet the frosty morning, no sooner than the sun does, no matter how much your body can rest, stay under the blanket. Then you can wipe your sleepy eyes under the sound of a boiling kettle. No slope ... Arpats can impress even the most convinced fans of skiing. Extreme can come down from the heights and take advantage of unique trips on snowmobiles. Good entertainment can be a trip with a Siberian Husky dog, you can ride a dog sled along the forest trails. For dreamers and romantics there is a wonderful opportunity to relax in the SPA, to feel the charm of the Russian bath and with a glass of mulled wine to admire the glowing multicolored garlands and snow flakes whirling in the air. In addition to winter activities, tourists are invited to visit Ivano-Frankivsk in order to catch the echoes of past centuries and get acquainted with the history of the city and its sights. Yaremcha is a highlight of the Carpathians, where vacationers can learn about Oleksa Dovbush - Carpathian Robin Hood. Walking along the famous Hutsul market, you can buy souvenirs made by Ukrainian artisans.
