Motherwort relieves increased nervous excitability, cardiovascular neurosis, reduces pressure in the early stages of hypertension.
Hawthorn reduces the excitability of the central nervous system, eliminates tachycardia, arrhythmia, improves blood circulation in the vessels of the heart and brain.
St. John's wort relieves stress, has an antispasmodic effect.

Method of application : as a sedative: 1 tab. 2 times a day. The course is 21-30 days. For sleep disorders, 1-2 tab. 30-40 minutes before bedtime, course of 30 days.
